It has been over a month since we last explained how the Covid-19 is affecting our hair system production so we feel it is time we gave you an update on the current situation with your orders. The majority of the hair knotting sites in North Korea are still shut down. The border will continue to be closed for another month or longer. Whilst the orders before 17th January have been completed the hair ventilation in North Korea, they are stuck in the country because of the border closure. We have finished the bases and hair processing of the orders after 17th January, but we are waiting for the border to open before we can send them to be ventilated. As long as the shipment between China and North Korea is back in normal, and your order will be in high priority for us. Financially, the company is in a strong place and there is no danger of the current situation having an adverse effect on the business. Your money will not be lost. Anyway, please feel relaxed to place the order to us, and the sooner you place the order the quicker you can get the goods.

For stock orders that have been ready for delivery, our company has purchased an Ultraviolet ozone disinfection facility. Each hair system will undergo a thorough and complete disinfection process before being packaged and shipped. Also, there is no need to worry about that if your hair system would be infected on the way to the destination, because the World Health Organization and many large medical institutions have reported that virus can only survive for up to a few hours without a host to settle.
Tips: You can spray the package with alcohol or disinfectant before opening it if needed

In order to prevent the spread of the virus, we hope to do our part! So, if you’re from a country with recorded cases of Covid-19, a few protective masks representing our care under Covid-19 will be sent to you with your order. If you have the need to purchase face masks in bulk then let us know as we will be able to help you to contact Chinese mask supplier. We will help you to bargain to the lowest price, and monitor the quality. In addition to disposable gloves and masks, protective clothing and other anti-epidemic facilities are also available. Lastly, we want to share some information in the sake of your healthy, so you are aware and can help reduce the spread of infection. The best ways to reduce the risk of getting this or any viral respiratory infection include:

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick
  • Clean and disinfect objects and surfaces
  • Stay at home away from others if you are sick
  • Wear the protective masks to minimize the chance of infection
